Story :

12-year old Joanne is coming to the countryside to spend her holidays at her uncle’s house.
Three years have passed since her mother died and it’s the first time her father has left her on her own. Unhappy at first, Joanne gradually makes friends with her uncle Arnošt.
She also finds friends among the local children - especially Georgie. Together the children embark on mysterious and charming adventures which lead Joanne to one more friend: old man Hans, an eccentric who lives in a ramshackle house and believes, as does Joanne, in the existence of unearthly beings.
By chance they come across an ancient legend which tells of a visitation of aliens in the very place where Hans lives. Joanne and the old man set out to unravel the mystery and test the truth of the legend.
